ROTO

The wine is made from five grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon with its tannin introducing the aroma and the body, Merlot - making smooth and round, Cabernet Franc - with its lingering fragrance, Syrah and the local variety Mavrud. Harvested by hand, the carefully selected grapes are in 400l French "ROTO barriques" where they are strictly supervised by our wine exoerts; the barriques are being rotated as many times a day as necessary for purpose of developing complex aromas, full body, and rich and elegant ending. The wine ages in barrels for 16-20 months before being bottled. Ageing in bottles continues for 3 months.
